Refunds

Refunds are applicable only if:

Payment was made by mistake
Order was canceled before dispatch
Duplicate payment occurred

Refunds are issued within 7–10 business days after verification.

Cancellations

Order can be canceled only before processing/shipment
Custom or large bulk orders cannot be canceled after production begins
